Please tell me if you find one you like. I've tried a bunch, with disappointing results every time (mostly because they 'fixed' my photos with same auto-preprocessing or cropping).

Color1 photo in Interbay has given me good results and has a decent paper selection - not huge but some fine art papers, and they’d probably be open to requests. If they didn’t work out I was going to try http://bellevuefineart.com . They have a big selection of paper.

Not sure if you need it absolutely on paper and custom dimensions but for aluminum printing I have used Image Wizards for years and super happy with it.https://www.imagewizards.com/

I've had some small gallery showings and done prints with a friend's gear. But to be honest, I would be very inclined to explore https://www.mpixpro.com for future work. I've used their consumer service with good success and an incredibly fast turn around time.
