@colintrevorrow @FilmBayona Question... can we consider JP: The Game (2011) canon to the JP & JW movies? #JurassicWorldFallenKingdompic.twitter.com/TwBGN6rGW8
You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
The volcano on Nublar is also called Mt. Sibo on the websites; but that name was first used in JPTG
#ExtinctionLevel also contains elements of JP: The Game as if that story was told by a third party not actually present during the events. So the story holds truth, but parts are exaggerated or misinterpreted (like Gerry's age). Hence "soft canon" indeed :)
I just want to cc @JW_Evolution in so they can consider adding male 'dino skins' for those that had distinct variations in the movies. It would probably make a cool DLC pack at least!
don't whisper those words (DLC)!!!!!
To followup this question, should books like the upcoming Claire based prequel novel be considered canon?
Yes. @BryceDHoward is consulting on the book with me...
That's awesome! I like the idea of soft canon stories. Thanks for taking the time to answer, much appreciated.
What do you mean "soft canon"? either it is canon or it is not.
