You were asking for people to own their actions. Same applies to Stallman. The rest of society can’t be held hostage just because he might make more bad decisions, such as not being able rent an apparent or — as you imply — commit suicide.

I'm glad you're owning the consequences of your actions, but you admit to lacking empathy right?

Empathy is like tolerance; it’s a two way street. Stallman is precisely where he is because he has long history of displaying a lack of empathy. I am sympathetic to his state; but I’m honestly more sympathetic to the lives he negatively affected throughout his career.

I don't really buy it, you can't claim to be sympathetic while still blaming him for essentially actions you undertook to destroy his livelihood. I've heard speeches from mass murderers that kind of echo what you're saying. There could have been another way but its too late now.

What actions are you referring to? Calling him out for the public messages he sent? Speaking up against the misogyny? It’s funny how his mean comments were always defended as freedom of speech but when people use free speech to call him out its “destroying his livelihood”.

What part of this required you or the harpy to help him? Just let people do what they want. This is why people hate you.
