I don't exactly need to read leaks; I spent a couple years working there, so I have firsthand knowledge. I'm actually intentionally limiting what I say to avoid possible NDA issues. I'm aware of what's in the leaks and I've met some of those people.
AFAICT the contents of the leaks aren't fabricated, but the sensationalist aspect to the presentation misrepresents things. People don't realize when they're acting with bias. It's not a matter of policy, just what seems like common sense to the people working on it.
It's a real problem with real effects and real political slant, but it's not a conspiracy and it's not a policy and (with some exceptions) it's generally not consciously intentional.
