I've been a little out of the Cocoa game lately, so my WWDC wishes are not super-fancy: - improvements to the docs (content/navigation/layout/tooling) - better Markdown support (I'm thinking Xcode could be a neat notes app) - don't render my Cocoa knowledge immediately obsolete
Xcode could be a nice (free) notes app. It allows viewing various file formats that are not plain text, including images, PDF, RTF{D}, and video. You could put your notes in an Xcode project and add code that publishes the notes in various formats, one target per format.
My main wishes for Markdown support in Xcode are: - Properly indent list items, PLEASE. - Recognize <some_url> and be able to click on the URL. I realize this is not vanilla Gruber-Markdown, but it's a common construct. - Allow custom font and colors; maybe other styling too
