I find myself having a hard time maintaining eye contact, especially since it's programmed and forced through years of training. I get the feeling I come off a littel rapey at a time, because of how hard I focus on looking into people's eyes.

It's difficult. I don't know how long I'm supposed to maintain eye contact. I don't want them to feel like I'm staring them down. Too much to think about. This is why I prefer to stay at home alone.

Honestly, I get it. I know I don't come off as a introvert in my videos, but I most definitely am. I learned to combat my natural tendencies by being outrageous and virtually uninstalling my behaviour filter. It might not be for everyone, but for me, not giving a fuck helped.
