I had a more detailed look at the GIF file and there are three flares in the data: 20:44:34, 20:57:49 and 21:06:44 with 60s frames. Timing between them is 795s and 535s +/- 30s. This is within the realm of a BBQ roll or maybe a transient event. Radio data now shows no variation.
