#TPS, like other aspects of U.S. #ImmigrationLaw, isn’t black & white. Recipients are primarily #IllegalAliens only eligible for residency (required for later Naturalization) through a petition filed by a U.S. Citizen immediate relative or an employer willing to sponsor them.
