        The law limits the amount that can be collected, he will have to agree to a payment plan & stick to it. If he does, there’s a ten year limit & he’s done. The judge apparently wanted everyone to understand that there was a huge financial impact.

        Or maybe the kid was just launching fireworks like a normal kid? I highly doubt the kid intended to light a forest on fire with a firework. You literally have no idea about the character of the kid or how he was raised. You're just assuming after reading a headline.
