Why is so little attention paid to the satellite evidence that the testing site was *already destroyed* when the most recent nuke test caused the mountain to collapse?

NK already inadvertently did this with its last nuclear test. They no longer need the site AND it’s already unusable.

The site is already ruined beyond repair because the mountain above it collapsed after the last underground nuclear test. Apart from it, Kim doesn't need nuclear tests any more, and the same goes with ballistic missile tests, since he has already completed his strategic arsenal.
