She deserves jail time for that...

Let's find out what kind of nurse she was, first. Was she a kind, caring nurse who was overworked and distracted or was she an uncaring, neglectful couldn't be bothered kind of nurse? That matters.
-
As a nurse, whether you are overworked, distracted, or kind, does not excuse you from this kind of negligence. Her assessment and a notification to the doctor should’ve happened immediately—not let someone sit in a wheelchair all night until they pass away.
-
IF she was working understaffed, that does matter. Nurses are supposed to do the care of two nurses and yet keep up on massive amounts of paperwork that distract from care. The nursing bureaucrats keep adding more admin work. If she was cold hearted, that's different.

While the is horrible and she should be charged with neglect ..millions of other loved ones aren’t so lucky and no on does a damn thing about it . Nursing home abuse is very high with no one being accountable.

Unwitnessed fall in the elderly = visit 2 the ED for head CT & other tests/imaging. Plain and simple. There is no excuse for not doing that. Checking on him and assessing him was really the minimum she could have done and she failed. It's negligence. She deserves what she gets.

So he fell, they put him in a wheelchair, put him in the lobby and left him in the lobby all night where he died sometime. I think there is more wrong than 1 nurse.

I would hate for someone I love to have died in that manner. As a nurse, I am glad that she is being held accountable to the standards which we all practice.

She had the duty to care for him.. Checks every 15 min for an hour, then every 30 min x4, then every hour x4.. That's basic Neuro check timeline.. If she did nothing at all, that's neglect and then falsifying medical records.. She made really horrible decisions. License yanked!!

Death comes from God no one else
-
So if someone shoots you they shouldn’t be held accountable?
-
Don’t be an idiot. Yes
-
Then what was your point? If she was responsible for his death she should be held accountable

Yeah, & I would liked to have seen the cause of Antonin Scalia's death probed a little closer. Deaths occur but in people of good health, but sudden death syndrome of a SCOTUS Justice should have been checked more closely. No autopsy, investigation by local judge over the phone.

God allows everything to happen for a reason even death. Also murders. We don't died before our time. Death has no age limit .
