not surprised to see the liberals spin this one and pull this race card. This is about the states rights to send people who broke the law and crossed illegally to their country. I dont care how old they were. If i brought a baby into your house you wouldnt just let it live there
-
The states have no right to enforce immigration law...that is a power solely reserved for the federal government.
-
Dylan's right... states control their own borders with other states. The federal government is wholly responsible for the borders with other countries. Exactly the reason why you don't see the local sheriff at the Canadian border. https://www.cbp.gov/border-security/along-us-borders …

Don’t be an elitist and call other states crappy.

Fair enough... their AGs are crappy. Better?
-
Yes, much obliged. Texans take a tremendous amount of pride in their state. Have a good evening.

I'm embarrassed to be from Texas right now.

What do you think would happen if you tried to squat in another country.? They would deport you. I don’t know what people expect to happen in this situation.
-
"You tried" is the Key Word. What the hell is someone who was brought here against there will when they were 4 supposed to do?
-
Hmmm.... maybe apply for citizenship or work visas. Be proactive with their life knowing that deportation looms overhead.
-
DACA recipients can't apply for Citizenship or Visas, that's the point of DACA. If you were brought here when you were 3 and lived here your whole life undocumented and you esnt citizenship the 1st part of the process results in a deportation and a 10 yr waiting period.
