        CC was allowed in 2013 (415 homicides). 410 in 2014. 468 in 2015. 762 in 2016. 650+ in 2017. The numbers do not support the idea that CC is an effect deterrent here. In fact you could suggest the inverse. But I don’t think CC has had any impact pos or neg.

        Every politician has personal incentive to take credit for things they haven't done and distance themselves from past mistakes. It's a shitty system that doesn't change as long as you people do nothing but wave a blue or red flag.
