When one fallen tree can cause a blackout then it means somebody is not doing their jobs properly. No resources leads to no electricity period plain and simple.

Don’t forget over half the island still doesn’t have water
-
That is not true
-
Like you can believe a FEMA report in this administration...
-
Nothing to do with Fema. I live in PR and here the problem is not water. Just a few people without it. The problem is the electricity
-
They need to put electricity underground that’s the only way to prevent damages in this environment. I hope your hanging in there?
-
You are right. I have power in my home since November, thanks. We were lucky instead of living in the mountains of the island.

So a black out is breaking news in other countries? In Nigeria here, having a black out is a normal experience. In fact, we become uncomfortable when power supply lasts for 12 hours.
-
PR is a US territory and 7 months ago it got hit by one of history’s biggest http://hurricanes.at seven months more than 300,000 STILL don’t have electricity and blackouts are becoming normal. Abandoned by the president. Who did the bare minimum in helping. SHAMEFUL
