They don't tilt races toward Democrats, they draw fair lines.

Exactly. I don’t want them to favor either side, just want fair/honest boundaries.

-
agreed-both gerrymander but there R perceptible boundaries when it comes2 "Rs"-when it comes2 "Ds"; their districts R snake-like(4 a reason)

Take a look at the old and new maps below, and then be honest with yourself about which is gerrymandered. https://goo.gl/images/aCsBYn

Gerrymandering has ALWAYS been wrong and should be illegal.

Your writers can't come up with a way to say "courts back congressional maps that tilt less toward Republicans" ? The POINT of the court cases is remediation of the designed unfair GOP bias in elections. Gerrymandering, look it up.

Gerrymandering should be illegal for either side.
-
but new map isnt gerrymandering it took away republican map that they gerrymandered this is a "fair" map and GOP was given 3 chances to make a "fair" map on their own
-
Both parties will try to work the system, the GOP is just way more blatant and brazen about it.
-
maybe but as of now its the republicans who are gerrymandering suppressing voters etc
