Y is the judicial branch weighing in on policy.. they are meant to enforce the policies n laws not write them
-
You need to go back to middle school. The Executive Branch is charged with enforcing the laws. The Legislative writes the laws. The Judicial interprets the laws.
-
see you said it, they interpret LAWS. DACA is not a law, they have no jurisdiction.
-
The courts have been called on to interpret Executive Orders much in the same way as they do laws drafted by Congress. It is within the Judicial branch’s authority to interpret the validity and intent of the orders. Law or not. All part of checks and balances.

Another liberal hack judge that's ruling will be overturned by scotus

So, do you suggest that Trump should be able to sign anything into law without anyone being able to question it legally? Do you believe Trump should have the ability to control and create any law/policy without oversight? If so, that's called a dictator....not US democracy
-
Obama did that with DACA. Why this is such a mess today.
