What about the cop that actually killed the guy?
-
-
-
While they shouldn't have fired there was a lot of pressure put on them because of how serious this guy made the call and situation seem. It was most likely because of this they fired even though they shouldn't have.
-
They are trained to kill in case there are situations with dozens of hostages with their life at a risk. One life for potentially dozen more to be saved. They're no regular officers.
-
Or to shoot first without ascertaining the actual situation? What if it was a hostage that answer the door?
-
It says he was shot after moving his hands to his waistline, probably the opposite of what they wanted him to do
-
Dude stood up to answer the door, probably had to adjust his pants, subconscious movement. Certainly not deserving of execution in his house.
-
And an actual criminal would have pulled a trigger of a gun or an explosion in that time and everyone would be dead. The swat team did their job as they've been trained to.
-
Not everyone has explosives in their lawn. But when you have officers exposed and a man reaching down, you can't afford to fire secondpic.twitter.com/z6ix8eucwQ

Where's the arrest warrant for the cops that murdered him?
-
How can an innocent man make threatening moved that warrants murder in this case! Yes the guy that called the swatting should be guilty of murder as well but where is the accountability for the police who obviously murder an innocent man?

Why did the cops shot the guy just for answering the door? I’d say this is a case of law enforcement making a deadly mistake.
