Funny how all these Pro Life people only care about the baby being born but once born where are?? They aren’t advocating for or voting to help these families/kids get affordable healthcare, higher wages or anything to make sure they are able to live once born!!!

Restricting a woman’s health choices limits a woman’s financial advancement. Welcome back to the 50’s...

This decision should only be between patient and doctor, it is not for a politican to interfere, going backwards.
-
Exactly. In a time when health care is being taken away, often those born and living with Downs have other congeital problems, this is saying have a child who is likely to have lifelong med needs but no ins to cover them.
-
It’s still a child. It’s still a life. A life has a right. You have no idea who’s life will be changed by that life!
-
So I take it you've signed up to be a special needs care giver, & will help with the possible profound medical bills associated until that child's death, possibly until old age?
-
So they should die? Wow!
-
They don't die unless they are born and not everyone believes that life begins at conception-- nor does or should the 1st amendment permit the indiscriminate imposition of such belief as law by religious zealots.
-
It has nothing to do with religion. It has everything to do with the creation of a life. I’m not fighting this from the position of religious belief but thanks for your predictable attack on Christianity.
-
Let’s live in reality. For average person that child will become a burden until it dies. That child and its family will suffer. It only that 1 in million that you ever hear about that receive a miracle and live happily. This isn’t a movie. The choice is up to the parents.

Life is precious and is not to be snuffed out.
-
And you’ve adopted how many special needs children? You donate to charities for kids who need medical bills paid or maybe give respite care to their families?

@JohnKasich, you have no right to make these decisions for families. This is a lifetime commitment. There are no dreams for bright shiny futures. There are no guarantees for good health. There are no promises of acceptance from schools & communities. I know, I'm the mother. -
I agree 100%

Especially when your
#GOPTraitors just screwed over the majority of your constituents' health care costs and other living living expenses. Are you personally going to adopt and care for every one of these poor children?#GOPCorruption
