If someone refuses to get off a plane how do you get them off wo force
-
-
-
Why issue a seat in the first place
-
That's a question for the airline who, imo, is at fault not the police. Police were told to remove someone, he refused so had to use force
-
Why did the officer just blindly obey without rechecking as they are supposed to bring Justice
-
Airlines can ask anyone to get off a plane for any reason, police prob were told there is a passenger who has been asked to leave and won't
-
So he should checkwith the passenger and not blindly follow instructions of the Airlines
-
It doesn't matter why they asked him to leave. Passengers can file a lawsuit at a later date if they want. Airline was wrong but he should
-
Have complied and gotten off then file a complaint. But he's s millionaire now so I'd say it worked out for him
