Please hug that grandmother. Nothing could be worse or more regretful. No grandma would do this w/o a mental lapse. Pray for all of them.

Neither did I when I was raising 4 kids under 6. But I wouldn't condemn those who have forgotten, I don't know what they're dealing with.

Maybe they should develop an alarm that goes off when a child is left in their seat when parked? Similar to when the lights are left on?

Quite often, these cases happen w a change in routine. You'd think it would be the opposite, but ... just doesn't seem to work that way.

Change in routine or not, a human life is priority, i could change jobs and wjat not. No way im forgetting my son in a hot car.

I hope you are right on that. Would recommend you look into some of the research that's been done.
