He should be allowed to die at home as his parents requested. No parents loosing a child should be put through this. Shame on the judge.

Hey Judge:You don't want this child to live but you're prolonging his suffering by taking days to figure out where he should die?

This baby should be able to have hospice care at home and spend his last moments surrounded at home by his family. Change the system!
-
Looks like they will do that now.

-
Doctors were trying to find a way of setting up necessary systems in their home... but parents agree it's just impractical
-
I suppose the system over there is not like it is here in the US. We send patients home with their families with hospice care

Lots of things are different. We don't execute prisoners, we don't carry guns, lots of things, good and bad

This makes me sad. I wish Charlie not to suffer on his last days and his parents strength during these difficult days. God may be with you.

WHY CAN'T YOU LET THIS CHILD'S PARENTS SPEND TIME WITH THEIR "DYING" SON ALONE ON THEIR TERMS! YOU'RE HEARTLESS! LEAVE THEM ALONE!
