Forcing someone to go against their religious conscience is a crime. They need to go to another baker.

No discrimination is a crime.
-
Dude. How many signs have you seen in PRIVATE businesses that say, "we have to right to refuse service..."
-
Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, UNLESS the business is discriminating
-
The business is discrimnating!
-
A business has a right to say no to someone. Law firms can reject clients and their cases. Landscapers can say no to doing a project etc.
-
No they can't. You don't understand the law do you??
-
Just because something is legal or Is the law doesn't mean it's okay. Slavery was legal too at one time

If he refused in a timely manner and his clients weren't in a tough spot to find a new baker then there's nothing wrong. He has rights too
-
If he refuses service to African Americans & claims religion, would that be OK also? At what point is intolerance unacceptable?

Some Christians have used the curse of Ham/Canaan (Gen 9:21-27) as justification for slavery, then segregation and racism for centuries. 1/

Besides, not all religions are Christianity 2/2.

The Baker is working for money. It's a business for public usage and personal profit. Your religion has nothing to do with it.

And I'm sure you'd feel the exact same if someone refused to sell things to black people, right?
-
(Trying to guilt someone into agreeing with you because of their race is in no way a despicable thing to do.)
-
Race and religion are currently protected classes, and this will help determine if sexual orientation is as well. It's the exact same.

It's funny the left want to ban conservatives and jews from pride, but expect bakers to bake gay wedding cakes. Hypocrites.

Not long ago ppl were refused service/access because of color of their skin. It's the same issue. Discrimination is against the law.
-
Thank you. A few decades ago and this could have easily been about a mixed race couple
-
My point exactly. Not long ago ppl of color not allowed to use same bathroom, water fountain, restaurants. Discrimination is wrong period.
