        The Democrats changed the rules to get their picks...now it's biting them in the butt and they don't like it

        No. Rule change was for lower courts. Gop kept obstructing. Lower court judges can be removed and don't have final say on constitutionality.

        And cabinet picks. Dems obstructed perfectly good choice in gorsuch, whom they loved for lower court.

        @GOP loved #MerrickGarland - @SenOrrinHatch said he'd make a great #SCOTUS nominee - but we know how that ended.

        um yeah, like the Dems "changed the rules" in 2013??? lol... Dems set the precedence and now they don't like it when it happens to dem...

        And why did the Dems do that? Because the Repubs kept blocking judges. Regardless, it was wrong. But two wrongs don't make a right.

        Too little too late - we must remove the NEOCON Agenda from our highest offices in the land. Their unyielding position is untenable.

        That is precisely the problem. Voting based on what's best for their campaign rather than what's best for the country.

        Rs would argue that retaining the same balance we had w/Scalia is best for our country. Ds tho, had nothing to gain this round.
