My son died on 2/20/17 with a rare form of non hodgkin's lymphoma. He used round up at his job for years, I don't understand how they still sell this. My heart breaks for him
-
That's so sad. Sorry hun. My dad currently uses it too.
-
Thanks Xavier. They know what it's doing, they just don't care. Big business big money. I'm sorry your dad has to be around it

What’s the point of the whole Jury trial if it’s going to get second guessed and down sided? Waste of time if the huge company won’t be made to fill the pain of their greed. They made billions from a product that is not safe. This Man can’t go to a Judge and get his life back

Glyphosate is deemed safe by the WHO. But Roundup contains other components (such as surfactants) that might be cancerogenic.

Says he did or it was proven he did?

the adjustment in the award is appropriate - key fact is that it should pave the way for other pending cases. Monsanto has always had big money defense of this sort of litigation and it is a great relief to see that the Judge didn’t just rollover and grant a new trial
