Sad to see the comments, people are more worried about the country that claims the region than with the lives that were lost.

Crimea needs to be taken back by the Ukraine. There is no excuse for this and Crimea is NOT RUSSIAN!

You are confusing several people with your comma here, CNN. "Says Russia" would be clearer.
-
Or people could just learn basic grammar/punctuation or pay more attention when reading.
-
Many of the people who would be incorrectly interpreting "Crimea, Russia says" as meaning the same as "London, UK" won't have English as their first language.

...in occupied by russia Crimea
-
The article says it's annexed. The tweet is clumsily written, they mean "Russia says" as in "in Crimea, says Russia" in the last bit not "in Crimea, Russia" - the latter makes no sense due to the left over "says".
-
So they (russia) meant that Crimea is not a part of russia? Or russia not really sure where Crimea now? Or we discuss the CNN? Wha for all that your words if I really dislike stupid politically-neutral headlines like that?
-
By "they" I meant CNN, who wrote the tweet. The comma in the tweet between "Crimea" and "Russia says" has confused several people: CNN does not mean "Crimea, Russia" like "London, UK". They aren't saying Crimea is in Russia!!
-
"13 people have been killed at a college in Crimea, says Russia" is what CNN meant. CNN should have been a lot more careful about how "Crimea, Russia says" could be interpreted.
-
How do you know what cnn meant? ))) or they hired you? nope? so why do you so sure about yours point? muted forewer. bye.
