Of course they are, in their "fair" hearing. But that is also because they will fire Rosenstein and put in plan C to keep Trump indictment free. Btw, what about the third and possible fourth accuser?

Or the character witness who recently pulled her endorsement of Kavanaugh after she found out that she was mocked in their yearbook. 🤔

Or his witness to Dr. Ford who is a co-accused in the third accusation, who also refuses to testify under oath. Basically it is an unfair hearing. McConnell has already publicly said so. With his ignore other accusations and the hearing does not matter, he gets in anyway. Fair.

One of the senators should make a poster of what Kavanaugh wrote in his high school yearbook, in which he referenced “boof”. He should be questioned about that! The questioner should then read the Urban Dictionary to give the explanation of boofing.

It is now painfully obvious that the Democrate Party is not just fundamentally flawed but fundamentally evil as well.

If the democrats thought it was that serious why wait til just before confirmation vote instead of asking him about it in all the hearings private meetings and such?

It’s been stated by many senators and confirmed by a repub working for Grassley. Do your homework or STFU with your lies. They are the ones who leaked her name after she asked to remain anonymous, which is why Feinstein kept her name quiet in the first place.
