CNN lashes out at “objectivity” with use of scare quotes and loaded language, making it clear it plans to do Democrats’ bidding.

Nailed it.
-
Didn’t nail a thing. Quotes indicate that “smear” is his word. Without quotes, it would mean “smears” were factual. Do either of you understand English?
-
No need to use his word. Choice to do so implies it is *not* factual. Objective headline: “Kavanaugh defends himself against new claims, intends to present record on Thursday.” Pro-K would be: “New ‘claims’ surface in effort to derail GOP pick.” Do you understand word choice?
-
The choice to do so does not imply it’s not factual. That said, your second suggestion would have been the best way to write it. But you chose not to say that the first time, which proves you do know about word choice and chose to mislead.
-
So by your reasoning, you agree that CNN chose to mislead.
-
And he endorses it.

UNFORTUNATELY, The GOP has made up its' mind. DENY DENY DENY DOES NOT MAKE HIM INNOCENT. Women voters will speak and impeach
-
It doesn't make him guilty, either.
-
Yup. If liberals want a legal system where an accused must prove their innocence I suggest Spanish Inquisition style.
-
They can also move to Russia since they want a guilty until proven innocent system

Hang in there Judge Kavanaugh. Truth will win out over this feeble attempt at obstructing your nomination. Baseless charges made by those hoping to to prevent a constitutionalist from being placed on the Supreme Court. Standard practice from the Democrats and totally expected!

Merrick Garland

Manuel Estrada! :P

Robert Bork. ;)

“Bold” to defend yourself against baseless allegations? Defending your good name against lies = “lashing out?”
