We have a people problem not a gun problem.

But those people... have guns. And have the capability to kill a lot of people in a short time. So why can’t we keep guns out of the hands of at least known violent people.

I never said it would happen, but I think things can change for the better in the future. Changes that can make people more safe as well as not impeding folks who are responsible sportsmen, hunters, collectors, etc.

I do too, imagine if law abiders all had guns on their waist. People would be less inclined to try to pull these things knowing others had means to defend themselves.
