We have to wait until after the impeachment to fill his seat? Trump is almost done so he shouldn’t be allowed to nominate someone? Isn’t that how it works Mitch?!
-
He am got 2 years left WTF!
-
He am not!! He am going to jail!
-
Who Trump?
He ain't going anywhere and I think he will win 2020. Clinton and Bush 2 as bad as they were and Obama all won 2nd term. America wants consistency it seems. If Bush 2 won! Trump ain't going anywhere. U better get ready to leave the U.S.

KENNEDY is retiring!! This President is suspected of conspiring with America's enemies. NO second stolen SCOTUS seat until he's been exonerated.!! DO NOT let anyone else be confirmed until the Mueller investigation is over and the President has been found to be uninvolved!!!
-
That isn't how this works... Enjoy the next 20 years!

That's up to the Senate...not you.

This is exactly why we needed to vote Hillary into office, even if you hated her with every fiber of your being.pic.twitter.com/AIVBhTDrZ7

Can't wait to see who
@realDonaldTrump will pick. Just the right president for such a time as this! -
You do get the concept of a judge, right? That whatever they believe, they look at the law, and rule the way they should. Hence Kennedy's vote on marriage equality. The law allowed it, as such went his vote.
