As expected, the house rejected an immigration bill that was favored by conservatives 193 - 231. A second immigration bill is scheduled for a vote tomorrow. https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/immigration-border-children-separation/h_168f954c704a1d43e76a621dec7631f0 …pic.twitter.com/kntnM0OvpC

How can the parties be so diametrically opposed to each other on every issue? This partisan politics crap is so old. Can’t people think for themselves anymore? #FollowTheMoney

A lot of Republicans liked the Affordable Care Act, but hate hate black people, so when they were told to get rid of Obamacare, in their Conservative uneducated ignorance, they mooed with the herd.

Please explain the tie to black people? It was a poorly written policy that was destined to fail due to special interests. Personally, I want to see us fund basic healthcare for all and I think if executed well (cutting the fat) it would succced.

Some. You said Republicans, that means all. If you would have said "some"or "most" or "a portion" then you would be correct.

And people actually want to blame the #POTUS? Obviously there are many in the House, especially Democrats but some Republicans also, who really do not want a immigration solution. They would prefer instead to use the current situation as a talking point to blast Trump. Typical.

If trump wouldn't have started his horrible policy of separating children in the first place none of this would be happening no matter how much blame is put on the demes the facts show the blame starts with the trump and the republicans !

If white guys didnt cross the Atlantic and slaughter innocent First Nations (if there were laws, that would be illegal of course) none of this would have happened either.

The dems aren't gonna give into the trump and the republicans using innocent children as bargaining chips so trump can get 25 billion dollars for a wall he claimed Mexico was gonna pay for this is trumps mess he and the republicans have the power to fix it but they won't !

This is exactly why the government has become a joke in the eyes of it's citizens. I realize the republicans did the same thing when Obama was president. Bills should be passed if more vote yes than no, not the "majority." That keeps thing simple
