63 years after Independence, some communities still do not have access to potable water.Zenu, east of the capital, Accra is one of many places. If a town in the capital has water problems, imagine a rural area. Unfortunately, our politics is always about winning the next election

500 Excavators that were seized from illegal miners have gone MISSING says the Minister of Environment. How's this possible? These are huge machines that can't be moved without being unnoticed.

During Mahama's government, Ambulances were procured at a cost of about $50 million. After procurement, the vehicles were declared "not fit for purpose". Those who procured the vehicles have caused financial loss to the State but have not been prosecuted ! $50 million.

I am not saying the Free Senior High School policy is bad. It lacked proper planning. Had it been properly planned, government will not owe about 3 million cedis to the company that supplies foodstuff to these schools. The Company now threatens to cut the supply of foodstuff.

The Right to Information Act passed by Parliament in March 2019, is now in force. Under the Act, Ghanaians have the right to request certain information from State agencies to ensure transparency in governance. This Act is consistent with Article 21(f) of the 1992 Constitution.

...... It appears that after Amewu was changed, galamsey has come back to haunt us. Our Rivers are being polluted once again. My point: Competent persons making progress in their Ministries must be maintained and not reshuffled !

In 2016 when the NPP came to power, John Peter Amewu was made Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. 2 years later, he was made Minister of Energy. During Mr Amewu's short term, the 'galamsey' fight was intense and we were seeing HUGE and POSITIVE impacts......

This is my argument: that instead of measuring Ghanaian political parties' performance by their manifestoes, there should be for example, a 30 year development document where a new government MUST continue where the previous government left off......

Close to 300 new Ambulances 🚑being commissioned today at the Independence Square. It will certainly aid in promoting healthcare in Ghana.

Ever wondered : 1. how many of our leaders believe in young people; and 2. what step(s) has been taken in the last decade to aid in development of young people? The incessant neglect of young people is stifling initiative amongst us.We are the future & a lot must be done for us.

I still believe and hold the view that the African Continent still has a chance at being GREAT but only under the right leadership. I say this with sincerest respect to His Excellency, President of Rwanda, PAUL KAGAME - A gem Africa hasn't seen in a long time.

So why does government want to spend $200 million (to build a new Parliament) to make a group of people who are ALREADY comfortable, MORE comfortable ?

We used to say: 'follow policies not political affiliations'. But I doubt we know what that means because at the end of the day, these policies are just another set of lies !
