Is there any way on @YouTube to turn on automatic translated closed captions on all your videos at once? The only instructions I can find require doing it manually for each video.

Since you aren't a native speaker, the key words are "turn on" and "closed captions". Casey seemingly wants to turn this caption feature on. For all videos, all at once.
