BTW @intel, I assume you already know that your customer support page is mostly non-functional? I have hit dozens of errors on just one RMA.pic.twitter.com/8YR8VgQPBY

Casey, please try to process your RMA through this other support link http://intel.ly/2xYds06  and let us know how it goes, please.

This is for an RMA that was already in process. I was trying to access the support history, and it was (suddenly) blank.

And you've got HTML bugs on your page so some of the buttons just go to completely invalid web addresses (as is obvious from the screenshot)

You also have a ton of problems with your RMA ingress, like that you enter all the chip ID numbers _and then it throws them out_...

... such that you then have to re-find them and re-type them in again when support contacts you by email and wants them all! It's nuts!

Have you folks recently walked through your own RMA process _exactly_ like an end-user has to? You really should, if you haven't.

There's tons of obviously broken stuff you could fix without a lot of work. Right now the experience seems super broken and janky.

Your feedback is always appreciated. RMAs are controlled by internal software; you can check coverage in the link described before
