I wonder how feasible it would be at this point to ship a cross-platform game PC/Mac/Linux/XBone/PS4) that had explicitly based memory?
VirtualAlloc() already supports this, so Win64 can't disallow it at this point. The question is if DLL rebasing ever hoses you.

luckily Windows seems to assign addresses sequentially, though Linux is a fair bit more random here.
