@cmuratori Oh, didn't see this subthread. I just assumed they'd use either giant block sizes or extents/delayed alloc (ext4 standard). -
@cmuratori For append-only there's no reason not to use huge blocks (say 64MB) which drastically reduces inode ptr overhead, but I checked, - Show replies
