@cmuratori it's weird that addictiveness is bad commercially, if a game is addictive it means you won't buy a new one.
Yet games seem to be uniquely proud of their addictive nature, going so far as to include it in many customer-facing product descriptions.

@cmuratori I think it gains use because most of the time people are being hyperbolic when they use it. Synonym for engaging or whatever. -
@cmuratori Either way, I would gladly see it fall out of favor. There are better adjectives that don't have negative connotations.
