Dear people who claim that Apple's no-button trackpads are acceptable: either stop, or put up a video showing you model in Maya efficiently.

@cmuratori I don't see your point. You need a mouse for Maya. Apple's trackpad is great for "a trackpad".2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@kevychevy1 Sure, a mouse is better, but Apple's trackpad is a step in the _wrong_, not _right_, direction from buttoned pads.

@cmuratori No. A trackpads job is to to be good at basic tasks, not advanced pro applications. Apple's trackpad is better at scrolling.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@kevychevy1 _Your opinion_ of a trackpad's job, and that's the problem. If it had buttons, _it'd be good for everyone_, not just you.

@cmuratori it's not just my opinion. Not even close. Apple sells tons of these Mac books and your the first person I've ever heard complain.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
@kevychevy1 My tweet was a followup to @Jonathan_Blow's, but there many more people complaining, too (ie., http://www.sparetimelabs.com/multitouch/multitouch.php …, etc.)
