While not dispositive, you do not appear to be "shadow banned", in that if you browse to a thread to which you have replied (while not logged into Twitter), your replies show up in the proper place, rather than hidden behind a "show tweets that might be offensive" button.

If you open a "private browsing" window so you are no logged into Twitter, and then you open that "Honey Badger" link, you will see what I mean. But that appears to be an isolated incident, and I don't know enough about Twitter's nonsense to know why that one might be that way.
