Porque no los dos? Sounds to me like this is entirely about the ads they put on articles, not the articles themselves.

They researched emotional responses to articles. That is what they wanted to measure, so it was most important to them. To me that means that they wanted to write content tuned for emotional response. The opposite of balanced reporting.

The hardest part about reading this is that the people it needs to reach will never see this.
Only software engineers and tech ppl already understand this. But everyone else non-tech. Nah. They don't know this is how their reality is being shaped and that's the scary sad part -
