You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
I certainly hope you're right, I see no reason for Adobe, from their standpoint(for JACS: is it harder to think as an animal or as a corporation? :D), to stop there. I don't trust them.
Somehow, tracking everything your users do is also money-specific, if you catch my drift 
This stuff has been in Photoshop since before the Creative Suite days. I remember scanning in money because I wanted to Photoshop in a friends head. That should have been around 2010 and it probably wasn't a totally legit PS copy either. But even that locked me out.
