I would be interested to know if any high-profile cryptocurrency advocates would like to do a public interview with me where we can talk about detailed questions. Here is an example of the kind of technical interviews I do:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gpINOFQ32o0 …

Specifically, I find myself having the same discussions with people about crypto, over and over again, where they cannot answer basic questions for me about why the supposed benefits of crypto actually flow from the technology as it today exists.

In our last interaction you expressed dislike for corporate censorship, do you get bothered by the idea that corporations could decide who you can send money to? If so then decentralised currencies would help there? I'm sure you've considered this but interested in your thoughts.

You are correct that I would love uncensorable payment systems. My concern is that I don't think cryptocurrency has much potential to meaningfully improve the current situation. So I'm interested in seeing if I am right or wrong about that.

What makes cryptocurrency not an uncensorable payment system? Or is it that you just don't think that's realistically needed right now?

Is it that you don't think cryptocurrency would actually be uncensorable because governments can still regulate the on/off ramp i.e. exchanges?

That is certainly one concern, among many. Ideally you will soon have several hours of YouTube content with me going over all the concerns I have, so, stay tuned :)

Will do! And I really appreciate this approach you're taking, normally crypto discussions are terrible both from a pro and anti side
