Bitcoin’s mere existence forces the use of Bitcoin globally, once it reaches a tipping point. It provides herd immunity against systemic corruption.

Again, that is just a statement. It doesn't have any actual technical content in it explaining _why_. I still haven't heard any explanation of why any current company has to change their business model in any way because of BitCoin - they can all just literally switch currencies.

The business model remains identical, and the entire world could keep doing precisely what it's doing right now. You get somewhat more information, perhaps, than you do with SEC filings, but not that much.

Given a choice between an incorruptible system and a corruptible one, any sane man would use the incorruptible one. Now sure that doesn't force anyone else to use it, but if enough sane people start trading together then things change. [1/3]

Eventually the people who refuse the new system become forced by peer pressure as few else remain to trade with. This couldn't happen in the past because the paper trail always hid in a dark crevice of the world, with no one party able to see the whole economy at once.

Blockchain invents a way to not only maintain an absolute record of historical decisions (of any form) but to then also force that onto people who don't want to accept it, by cutting off their other trade routes over time.

I still have no idea what you're talking about. Why would YouTube be forced to do anything? Why wouldn't they just convert their current income and payments to BitCoin, and maintain exactly the same business model? What pressure would they face that they don't face now?

Like, if what your saying is true, there should be a very direct, easy-to-understand explanation for why YouTube has to change is business model. But I haven't heard a single thing that explains why. You just keep saying that they have to, but WHY?

Because Disney aren't your customer. Why is Disney paying for your YouTube via adverts or whatever when your customer is little Timmy at home who wants to learn about coding?

Because Timmy doesn't have any money? Isn't this obvious? If Timmy had money, he'd _already_ be paying my for the videos, using today's currency. The reason Timmy doesn't pay is because he doesn't have money, Disney does.

You are conflating currency with business model. They are unrelated. You can implement any business model on any currency.
