Like, if what your saying is true, there should be a very direct, easy-to-understand explanation for why YouTube has to change is business model. But I haven't heard a single thing that explains why. You just keep saying that they have to, but WHY?

Because Disney aren't your customer. Why is Disney paying for your YouTube via adverts or whatever when your customer is little Timmy at home who wants to learn about coding?

Disney, (or whomever pays adverts etc) has eavesdropped on a financial transaction between the person watching HMH and the person receiving the money.
