I'm very strongly on the side of these IC elements collectively. It's near impossible right now to know with high confidence which origin hypothesis is more likely. Unless new information becomes declassified.

Tangentially, OMG, we have too many "intelligence community member agencies"! I thought I had some idea of how the govt works, but I've literally never even heard of the "National Reconnaissance Office" or the "National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency" :/
