[7/*] But the thing I realized just today that was so depressing is _of course that's going to be true_. The reason it was that way in the first place was because the majority of people must have wanted it that way. Most people _don't_ want other people to be themselves.
Because you are not on 4chan. That's the point. That was the entire point of my thread, if you read it? Once you get to the point where you can communicate with the majority of people, that platform will become regulated.

It can either be regulated by the platform itself, or the government will step in and do it, etc. But the only way to have actual free speech, AFAICT, is to not have anyone listening.

Another way to say this is, we could all move to 4chan right now and start talking to each other there. But if we did, I guarantee you it would become heavily moderated within a few years, by force if necessary.
