its just amazing how much this feature does not work
My assumption has always been that C++ Committee members have credit cards that give them points for every broken feature they add to the language. The spec makes a lot more sense that way.
Or rather they mean "no duels", that is if an experienced programmer is bitten badly by one the new features they are not allowed to challenge the committee to a duel
Or "mo' duels", meaning the committee will be challenged to a lot more duels now because the language has gotten so terrible.
I think it's worth pointing out that in this case we're talking about header units, not modules :). A header unit is closer to a formalized PCH in the standard.
