It's impossible to parse this data: "Or had tested negative." moniker makes this data essentially useless. What percent people weren't actually vaccinated? All 20,000 visitors could have been unvaccinated according to this info.

Definitely, and even if they were all vaccinated, 1000 out or 20000 is still a plausible order of magnitude if all were exposed. Like this story just made no sense. It's basically "Expected thing happened!" yet it was tweeted with verbiage designed to make it sound shocking.
