Excited to come out of stealth and share what we've been working on: Warp is a blazingly fast, Rust-based terminal for the modern age. With Warp, you get -Grouped commands and outputs -A full text editor for input -Visual menus for history & completions -Command palette 1/7pic.twitter.com/jiAN4iSQL1

What is the throughput of the terminal? (For example, how fast does it cat a gigabyte of text, etc.?)

They mention cat on large files in their "how warp works" blog post, so I'm hoping it's highly performant in that apparently very demanding task

Yes - although for some reason there were no throughput specs. They did quote FPS numbers, which were around 20x off of expected, but that is actually an OK number for a terminal I think, assuming it's actually doing more stuff (WT was more like 200x off of expected, etc.)
