By ‘people who don’t code’, do you mean they are compile time dogmatists who think templates are the panacea for all ills even if it comes at the cost of radically increasing the compile time. But.. but.. they can write complex template stuff, they must be super skilled, right?
people who don't actually use the stuff they're coding on a day to day basis and thus have zero knowledge of the actual real-world use cases for the stuff they're writing or the way it effects real-world code.
