we need a tech buzzword that's the opposite of "scale". I guess the end goal of every startup-created piece of software is to scale infinitely, vast majority of cases though, you won't, and thinking about it at all will prevent you from doing much simpler solutions at first

I think we just need to reclaim the word "scale", because it does not imply any particular scale. So like, Tyler, 100% of the code I've ever written scales perfectly - to very very small scales.

Like I guarantee you, for every piece of code, I can find you a scale where it scales perfectly right to that scale :)
